"Civil Restraining Order"

FABULOUS!!!!! I called the Moreno Family Law firm TWO DAYS before my hearing/trial and Michael Moreno took my case without any hesitation. I had a civil harassment restraining order pending against me that occurred in the workplace and I was so scared to go to court since the last time I went I couldn't even speak to the Judge without shaking. The Opposing Party was a bully and I was frightened that if I had a restraining order granted against me it would ruin my career forever. "Letter From Opposing Counsel"

The following isn't really a testimonial, it is an excerpt from a letter from opposing counsel, but we'll take it as a testimonial. And yes, its a real quote from a real letter. "Much to my surprise, Judge XXX dealt on a pendente lite basis with all of the requests you wanted, i.e. temporary support, and refused to address the issues I raised such as giving credit to [my client] for payments made for the benefit of your client since the date of separation, refusing to deal with my client's request that your client be expressly ordered to pay the mortgage, property tax, utilities, car payment, etc. refusing to give us a specific order concerning the selected items my client should be allowed to remove from the family residence since the judge did give your client exclusive possession, etc. ...So much for equal protection under the law and blind justice. ...Clearly yesterday's hearing was not a half-way compromise; rather, it was a hearing in which the judge bent over backwards to give your client everything they asked for and conveniently ignored all of the issues we raised. If the judge continues to show such biases we will take appropriate action."

"100% Custody!"

I am a new comer to US, I don't know English as well as the legal rules here…. The police came to the house and took me out of the house. Also, the other side started the case first with a very well know lawyer. My friends, my family members, and even I did not believe that I would win the custody. Everybody only expected that the court would drop the restraining order so I could see my baby again. But right after the first time I read the first draft of my declaration that you help me on writing, I believed I would win. You are the most wonderful writer that I have ever known who knows very well how to write, organize ideas, and choose evidences. After the first hearing, I won. From the one who has zero percentage of custody, I have one hundred percent custody. It was unbelievable. I was more and more appreciating for your help, when recently I had a chance to see a short introduction movie on restraining order. The movie said that the judge doesn't have a lot of time at court for restraining order case, therefore, all of the writings and evidences have send to the court before the court day are very important. You were accompany with me for a long way, during 8 months, with a lot of writing works and many time you appeared with me at the court, many days you stay up late to prepare all documents, make sure everything looks fine and professional at the court on the next day.
